Aquarium builds AI assistants for small and mid-sized manufacturers. Our first focus is Fishbowl Advanced.

The Buyer Assistant turns a 10-word purchase request into a confirmed PO inside Fishbowl in under 30 seconds. It reads your real ERP data, pricing history, preferred vendors, BOMs, reorder points, and drafts the work. You confirm. Then it writes to Fishbowl.

Planner arrives June 2026. Manufacturing Manager, Business Analyst, and Assembler arrive summer 2026. A full digital workforce, one assistant at a time.

Aquarium was founded by people who run manufacturing companies on Fishbowl Advanced every day. Our CEO built purchasing and planning tools for his own operations. Our partner IPS built Viper, a cloud MES that runs production floors today. The team includes purchasing operators who source thousands of parts from dozens of suppliers, AI scientists, product leaders, and engineers. All united by the conviction that manufacturers shouldn't have to spend their day on the plumbing around their ERP instead of building product.

What makes Aquarium different:
-- Deterministic, not probabilistic. Every action follows a real workflow grounded in your Fishbowl data. No hallucinated part numbers.
-- Human in the loop. Nothing writes to Fishbowl without your confirmation. Full audit trail.
-- Private by default. Your data runs on our own LLM in our own AWS environment. No customer data goes to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. No training on your data.
-- Your Fishbowl stays exactly as it is. No migration, no data export, no IT project.
