Michael Souffront

Michael Souffront is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in project and software engineering, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Aquaveo since January 2019. Previous roles include Software Engineer at Aquaveo and Graduate Research Assistant at Brigham Young University from January 2016 to December 2018, as well as positions as a GIS Specialist at BIO-WEST, Inc. and Research Assistant at the USU Belmont Hydrology and Fine Sediment Lab. Michael began their career as a Water Quality Technician at Barrick Gold Corporation in 2011. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, a Master of Science in Watershed Science with a focus on Fluvial Geomorphology from Utah State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Central del Este.
