Anona Dutton

Vice President, EKI Environment & Water, Inc. at Aquaya

Anona Dutton is an experienced professional with over twenty years in water resources project management, currently serving as Vice President at EKI Environment & Water, Inc. since May 2013. Anona’s work includes significant involvement in the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) implementation across California, focusing on strategic and technical support for Groundwater Sustainable Agency formation and Groundwater Sustainability Plan development. Anona also chairs the EKI Board of Directors, overseeing strategic management for a consulting firm in environmental and water resource sectors. Additionally, Anona is a member of the Board of Directors for Aquaya, a non-profit dedicated to advancing global health and ensuring safe water access. Previous roles include Senior Water Resources Specialist at the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency and Director of Water Resources at Erler & Kalinowski, Inc. Anona holds a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, both from Stanford University.
