Eric Hangen

Eric Hangen is the Principal at I Squared Community Development Consulting and has held this position since 2003. They serve as Board Treasurer for Aquaya and as a Senior Fellow at the Carsey School of Public Policy. Previously, Eric worked as a Project Manager for the New York City Department of Business Services and as a Planner for both the City of Caguas, Puerto Rico, and the Puerto Rico Public Housing Authority. Eric also gained experience as a Management Consultant for NeighborWorks America from 1999 to 2003. They earned a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Brown University.
