Justin Starcher's work experience is as follows:

- Network Engineer at Aqueity Inc. from February 2015 to present. Responsibilities included designing, configuring, installing, and supporting TCP/IP networks for clients in the Chicago area and their branch offices. Implemented multi-vendor products and remediated unknown/new client environments.

- Lead Support Specialist at Collegis Education from April 2014 to February 2015. Managed, trained, and mentored a team of 20 support specialists in a 24/7 environment. Liaised with 30 partner schools and created/maintained the support center knowledgebase.

- Support Specialist at Collegis Education from December 2013 to April 2014.

- Support Technician at BBDP Inc. from August 2012 to December 2013. Responsibilities included installing, configuring, and troubleshooting client/server software applications. Managed Windows Server environments and built/deployed Windows desktop imaging infrastructure.

Justin Starcher obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Systems Management from Rasmussen University from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they earned several certification including ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN in September 2014, CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in June 2013, CompTIA Network+ ce from CompTIA in August 2013, and CCENT from Cisco in March 2016.
