Eric Jackson

Eric Jackson is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security architecture and compliance across various organizations. As the Principal Security Architect at Aquia, Eric leads security initiatives for the Center of Medicaid Services, focusing on zero trust architectures and compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST frameworks. Previous roles include Senior Security Architect at Customer Value Partners, where Eric supported the Department of State in implementing zero trust security designs, and Information Security Manager at Synapse Wireless, overseeing ISO 27001 compliance. Additionally, Eric has contributed to cybersecurity education as an instructor at UAH Professional Development Solutions and has held significant roles in security management and engineering at multiple firms including COLSA Corporation and JRC Integrated Systems. Eric holds an Executive MBA and two master's degrees in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
