Michael Torres

Michael Torres is a Production Support Engineer at Aqwire. Michael was previously a Bilingual Customer Sales Support at Verizon from November 2011 to March 2014. Michael was specially trianed in Apple IOS, Windows, and Android operating systems and hardware and software applications. Michael was also responsible for opening and closing following security and local store procedures. Michael is experienced in working with the Verizon Help Desk on internal hardware and software related issues.

Michael Torres is working on their bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix. Michael has a diploma in general studies from Diamond Bar High School and has completed coursework in telecommunications technology/technician from the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association and the Texsas Career Center.
