Raphael Berchie is a Board Member, Communications Manager, and Co Founder/ Project Manager at Open Foundation West Africa. Raphael also serves as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy and works as a Digital Media Coordinator at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
