Max Ray

Max Ray is a finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Ara Partners since September 2024, Max previously held similar positions at Abry Partners and worked at Grain Management, LLC as a Private Equity Associate. Prior to that, Max gained valuable experience at RBC Capital Markets, progressing from Summer Investment Banking Analyst to Investment Banking Associate. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross, obtained in 2017.
