Joy Sharma has a long and varied work experience. Joy started their career in 2004 as a Hardware Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics. In 2006, they co-founded CNC Machines Tools and served as its Chief Operating Officer. During their tenure, they successfully established and supervised its operations for four years to exit successfully from business at approximately $400,000. In 2008, they served as a Mentor at GadgetroniX. In 2011, they were Co Chair at the India business conference at the University of Michigan, Business Development Consultant at Amphenol Industrial Products Group, and a Strategy Consultant at Asesorandes. From 2012 to 2017, they served as an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company. In 2017, they founded ArabEasy, committed to its 3 key propositions; consistently high-quality translation, record turn-around-time on the back of advanced technology and the ability to deliver 365 days a year owing to its vast network of translators. In 2019, they founded EZ Works, a suite of Business Support Services that has disrupted the traditional marketplace through innovation and use of advanced technology to modernize the age-old workflows and processes.

Joy Sharma attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration & Management, Strategy, General Management. Joy also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004.
