Will Bray

Will Bray is a managing partner and executive board member with two decades of experience in building award-winning, scalable restaurant and consumer-facing food and beverage brands in the APAC region. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and French, Will demonstrates strong cross-cultural leadership and communication skills, successfully motivating large teams to achieve results. Will served as general manager at PizzaExpress from 2008 to 2015 and co-founded Beef & Liberty, contributing significantly to the restaurant industry. Currently, Will holds roles as CEO of Curtice Brothers Asia, co-owner of The Greater China Restaurant Company, and managing partner at Accelerated Ventures, among others. Will earned a BA in French and Management from The Open University.
