ARABILIS (a-RAB-uh-lis): that which can be farmed, arable. Origin: Latin

Arabilis produces traditional-method sparkling wines built by hand and guided by precision, with a philosophy of making wine first—bubbles later. Tastings take place in our working production space and are always winemaker-led, offering an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at where the wines are made and the equipment used to bring them to life. Reviewers consistently note that our wines stand apart for their elegance, intensity, freshness, and complexity—delivering amplitude through depth, energy, and a long finish.Through Arabilis and Oregon Sparkling Wine Co, our services arm, we’re not only crafting our own wines but also helping build the infrastructure that supports the growth of traditional-method sparkling wine in the Willamette Valley.
