Layal Naeem

Layal Naeem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and commercial management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Associate Director at Arada since January 2018, Layal previously held the roles of Senior Commercial Manager at KBW Investments from January 2018 to May 2023 and Senior Commercial Manager and Commercial Manager at Dar from 2015 to 2018. Early career experience includes positions as Project Manager at Dar, Business Development Engineer/Contracts Management at Sun Engineering & Contracting Co. L.L.C., and Graduate Assistant at American University of Beirut, where important research and publications were produced, including a Master’s thesis on the Engineer's role in construction contracts. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah.
