ARAK Arkitekter AB is a Stockholm-based architecture practice working with continuity and innovation across restoration, adaptive reuse and new construction.
Our work is rooted in a close relationship between architecture, structure, material and craft. We work with both traditional and consciously developed timber structures — from restoration and log building to advanced contemporary construction — always as part of the architectural whole.
We are particularly interested in how buildings can carry knowledge forward through careful transformation, tectonic clarity and long-term material understanding.
The office works across multiple scales, from private houses and interiors to complex restoration and larger architectural commissions.
