When a termination decision in Germany is challenged — by a court, works council, internal audit, or regulator — organizations often struggle to reconstruct how the decision actually happened.

We rebuild that moment.

Using deterministic replay methods, we reconstruct:

• the procedural steps followed
• the reasoning path that led to the decision

This determines whether the decision is:

• reviewable under scrutiny

We do not sell compliance frameworks, governance advisory, or audit assurances.
