Executive Chef

Antonio D'Anello currently serves as the Executive Chef and AGM at Brock University Dining Services with Aramark, overseeing culinary operations, menu development, food quality, and staff management, while also enhancing catering and retail business growth. Since January 1995, Antonio has been the Owner/Operator of Devine Epicure, providing executive chef services and hospitality consulting. Previous roles include Director of Food & Beverage at Vrancor Group (January 2023 - April 2025) and VP, Managing Partner & Director at EDGE HOSPITALITY GROUP (August 2000 - December 2022), where responsibilities included overall group operations management. Antonio is an alumnus of Humber College.
