Brent Geist, CPA, is currently the Vice President of SEC Reporting at Aramark, where they oversee complex technical accounting projects and evaluate significant transactions. With extensive experience in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and various auditing standards, Brent previously held positions as Assurance Manager and Senior Manager at EY from 2016 to 2019 and gained early experience as an intern at JP Morgan and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. Brent earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University in 2011.
