Chris Marques has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Aramark since September 2020. In addition to this role, Chris has been the Owner and Operator of Cavaz Catering since January 2008. Previous positions include Catering Manager at ARAMARK Higher Education from March 2019 to September 2020, Food Service Manager at Erwin Hymer Group North America from May 2018 to March 2019, and Chef Manager at Dana Hospitality LP from February 2012 to May 2018. Chris holds a degree from Fanshawe College, completed in 2006.
