Christopher Lawson

Christopher Lawson is currently the Director of Food Services at Aramark, where they oversee operations and ensure quality service. Previously, they served as the Director of Hospitality at Emagine Entertainment and held various leadership roles at Levy Restaurants, including Director of Clubs and GM of Premium at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Lawson also worked as a Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager at Fit Foods Rx and a Drive Up & Delivery Lead at Plum Market. They are ServSafe certified and serve as a trainer for the protocol. Lawson is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at Ferris State University.
