Dan Perkins is currently the Food Service Director at Aramark, where they leverage their extensive experience in operations administration and strategic government partnerships to enhance client satisfaction. Their career journey includes roles as a General Manager and Chef, starting with Aramark in 2019 after a successful stint in the culinary field. Previously, Dan was a Professional Athlete with the Minnesota Twins and owned Four Rebels American Kitchen. They are pursuing multiple degrees in Political Science and Government at various institutions, including Florida International University and Arizona State University.
