Erek Redmond

Erek Redmond is an experienced hospitality and operations professional currently serving as a Task Force Manager and Consultant at CARVER since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. With over a decade of experience at ARAMARK as a General Store Manager, Erek oversees a team of 30+ employees while managing staff schedules, inventory, and sales. Previous roles include Front Desk/Night Audit/Bar Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott, as well as various support positions in event planning and utility work at the University of Mississippi, demonstrating a strong background in both customer service and operational management across multiple settings. Erek began the career with foundational roles in background screening and factory work. Erek holds a diploma from Oxford High School and attended Northwest Mississippi Community College.
