Gary Marschall is an accomplished operations manager with over 25 years of experience in hospitality and food service management. Beginning a career at The GAP from 1992 to 2002, Marschall transitioned to various leadership roles, including Regional Director of Operations at Concourse Concessions, where oversight included 17 Duty Free and Gift and News stores. As Assistant Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants in the Staples Center, Marschall managed premium food services for numerous high-profile events. Subsequent positions at the University of Southern California involved directing comprehensive food and beverage operations across multiple campuses, significantly enhancing the dining experience for a large community. Currently serving as Resident District Manager at Aramark since January 2025, Marschall's diverse background also includes managing operations for Williams Sonoma and SusieCakes, where successful expansion efforts were made. Marschall holds a BFA in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Syracuse University.
