Katrina Pierce, MSHRM, is a Resort General Manager and Regional Safety Leader dedicated to enhancing safety, service, and employee experience. With over a decade of experience in food and beverage leadership, they have successfully overseen operations in various prestigious settings, demonstrating expertise in re-branding, managing government contracts, and implementing standard operating procedures. Currently, at Aramark, Katrina leads efforts to improve safety programs and operational efficiency while fostering strong client and community relationships. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
