Kim Shoop

Kim Shoop is an accomplished finance and payroll professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of GBS Finance & Payroll at Aramark since February 2022, Kim previously held the position of Director of Payroll at Delek Energy US, where responsibilities included managing a third-party payroll provider and overseeing payroll preparation and processing. Kim also established the ESC Payroll shared services department at Community Health Systems and directed payroll operations at Take Care Health Employer Solutions for 38 legal entities. Earlier career highlights include implementing payroll services at Nissan North America Inc. and restructuring the payroll department at the National Federation of Independent Business. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lipscomb University.
