Mark Davies has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, beginning as a Kitchen/Front of the House Manager at Ruby Tuesday from December 1996 to August 2006. From March 2007 to June 2012, Mark served as Chef/Owner of Chef On Thyme Catering, overseeing all aspects of marketing, sales, and production. Following this, Mark took on the role of Location Manager at ARAMARK at the ECHI Cafe in Vidant Medical Center from July 2012 to June 2014.
