Mark Featherman

Mark Featherman is an experienced Labor Relations Director at Aramark, where they administer and negotiate collective bargaining agreements, prepare arbitrations, and advise business partners on labor issues. They have previously worked as a Partner at Willig, Williams & Davidson, representing unions and individuals in various labor and employment matters. Prior roles include Associate positions at Harmon & Davies, Spear, Wilderman, Reed Smith, and Klett Rooney, where they gained extensive experience in labor and employment law. Mark is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a J.D. from California Western School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University, an M.A. in English Literature from New York University, and an LL.M. in Labor and Employment Law from Georgetown Law.
