Mark McKellar M.Ed.

Mark McKellar, M.Ed., CEC, CCFS, CP-FS, is a seasoned Food and Occupational Safety Specialist currently serving as the Director of Operations Support at Aramark Destinations. With extensive experience in food safety and risk management, they have held multiple roles within Aramark, including Senior Operations Support Specialist and Safety & Risk Director. Mark is also a certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor for the National Restaurant Association, specializing in training for the food service industry. They are pursuing a Master's Degree in Educational Technologies at Widener University, having previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Studies and an AOS in Culinary Arts from the same institution.
