Michael Coffman has extensive experience in contract administration, currently serving as a Contracts Administrator at ARAMARK since June 1997. In this role, Michael has successfully negotiated and assisted internal teams in structuring complex commercial contracts exceeding $50 million for the $3 billion Higher Education line of business, while also identifying and addressing contractual risks during the bid, sales, and contracting processes. Prior to ARAMARK, Michael gained valuable experience as a Legal Assistant at Morgan Lewis & Bockius from 1993 to 1997 and at Dow Lohnes & Albertson from 1991 to 1993. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rutgers University - Camden, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
