Mitchell Pierce

Mitchell Pierce is currently the Director of Retail Operations at Aramark, where they leverage extensive experience in food service management. Previously, they served as the Director of Operations at Restaurant Associates from 2019 to 2022, and held various chef roles at Aramark between 2014 and 2017, including Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Mitchell began their culinary journey with an Apprenticeship in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Niagara College, completing their studies in 2010. They also held positions as Chef De Partie at The Black Forest Inn and Sous Chef at The Old Winery Restaurant in the late 2000s.
