Nicky Mann is currently the Head of Learning & Development for UK & Global Offshore. Previously, Nicky served as a Learning and Development Manager at Aramark Defence Services from 2017 to 2020, where responsibilities included implementing an eLearning platform and managing apprenticeship programs across multiple regions. Nicky then advanced to the role of Learning & Development Business Partner at Aramark from 2020 to 2025, focusing on apprenticeship strategy for Northern Europe and ensuring employee development. Prior to these positions, Nicky was a Portfolio Manager at Carillion from 2011 to 2017.
