Owen Smith

Owen Smith has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a General Manager and Food Service Director at Aramark since October 2014, with a focus on Higher Education at Arizona State University. Prior to Aramark, Owen held the position of Restaurant Manager at Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos, where responsibilities included opening new dining establishments and overseeing a workforce of 150 employees. Earlier experience includes Food and Beverage Manager at Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa, where successful outlet openings and high customer service standards were achieved, and Chef at Waabno Gimaak Tribal School, focusing on nutrition education for students. Owen holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Management from Ashford University.
