Patrick Mayhew

Patrick Mayhew possesses extensive experience in supply chain and strategic sourcing, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategic Sourcing at Aramark since December 2015. Previous roles include Vice President of Supply Chain and Associate Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Aramark, and Category Director for North America at CSM Bakery Solutions. At The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Patrick managed Bakery & Deli operations across 301 stores, leading a team of category managers and field operation specialists. Additional experience includes senior product marketing at CSM Bakery Supplies North America, where responsibilities involved overseeing a $450M category, and serving as Territory Sales Manager, the youngest promoted to that position in 2008. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, alongside additional education at Villanova University.
