Peter Sullivan is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema since November 2019, Peter has previously held positions as Head Chef at Devil's Grill and The Edge at Wintergreen Resort, where noteworthy contributions included the introduction of original dishes and operational improvements. Earlier experience includes roles at Kinloch Golf Club and The Country Club of Virginia, where Peter demonstrated expertise in menu creation, food quality management, and staff supervision.
