Roberto Reyes is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious positions. Currently serving as an Executive Chef at both Aramark and Benbow Historic Inn since May and August 2021, respectively, Roberto has previously held roles such as Executive Sous Chef at San Pablo Lytton Casino and Executive Chef/F&B Director at DoubleTree by Hilton, where employment ended due to a layoff. Notable experiences also include managing food operations at Wise Villa Winery and Northern Dream Alaska Yacht Charters, as well as leading fine dining at Carpe Vino.
