Ruth Armstrong

Ruth Armstrong, CDM, CFPP, has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry. They have held various roles, including Patient Food Service Manager at Aahurs University Hospital and Food Service Manager at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Ruth served as Director of Training and Development at Aramark from 2017 to 2023 and currently works as Food Service Director at Aramark. Additionally, they were the Patient Services Manager at Tufts Medical Center and previously owned Sweet Rue's from 1994 to 2009.
