Stephen Mallozzi

Stephen A. Mallozzi is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in human resources and finance operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR Operations at Aramark since August 2006, responsibilities encompass leading strategic functions in Labor Relations, Employment Relations, HR Operations, Shared Services, and Payment Services/Payroll. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions including Vice President of Finance Operations, where focus was on enhancing operational efficiency, and Vice President of Shared Services, overseeing the Global Business Services Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Stephen also served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for both Litigation and Employment Law at Aramark. Before joining Aramark, Mallozzi was a partner at Duane Morris LLP, specializing in civil and commercial litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University.
