Steven Leonoff is a seasoned senior labour relations and human resources professional with extensive experience in negotiating and administering collective agreements across Canada. Currently serving as the National Labour Relations Director at Aramark Canada Ltd. since June 2017, Steven manages over 90 collective agreements with more than 20 unions within diverse industries such as Sports & Entertainment, Health Care, Education, and Vending Services. Previous roles at ARAMARK and other organizations have equipped Steven with a comprehensive skill set in labour relations and HR strategy, backed by advanced degrees in Labour Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University.
