Timothy Hall

Timothy Hall is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and business intelligence, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition Business Intelligence at Aramark since March 2020. Timothy specializes in HR and recruitment metrics, overseeing analytics, KPI dashboards, and workforce planning for the Talent Acquisition team. Prior to Aramark, Timothy was Business Intelligence Manager at The Seminar Network, where data analytics and KPI development were key responsibilities, and previously held positions managing member relations at Freedom Partners and leading marketing projects at American World Services Corporation. Timothy also has experience in training on fundraising procedures at World Vision International and conducted research as a Research Associate at the Institute for Global Engagement. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Wheaton College.
