William Reil

William Reil is a Chef Manager with Sodexo at UNC Clayton, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in the Corporate Catering industry. Previously, they held Chef Manager positions at NexDine, Upper Crust, Food Express, Compass Group, Guckenheimer, and Eurest, where they focused on operations, menu development, and customer relations. They currently serve as Food Service Director at Aramark and have managed revenues exceeding a million dollars. William earned an Associate’s Degree in Food Service and Restaurant Management and an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Newbury College.
