Ali Refai

Ali Refai is an experienced Senior Facilities Planning Engineer with a solid background in the energy sector, currently employed at Aramco from March 2022 to February 2025. Ali holds the position of Integrated Project Team Leader for the Shedgum & Uthmaniyah Field Gas Compression Program and serves as Project Engineer for the Jafurah Development Program Phase II, contributing to the engineering design development of key facilities including the Jafurah Gas Plant Expansion and the Riyas NGL Fractionation Facility. Ali's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds, where involvement in the Chemical Engineering Society and Petroleum Society was notable, as well as completion of an International Foundation Year (IFY) program in Chemistry.
