Carson Ammons

Carson Ammons, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial planning, currently serving as an Accounting Consultant in Finance, Strategy & Development at Aramco since November 2014, where responsibilities include consulting on accounting policies for the Controller's Organization. Prior to this role, Carson held positions at Walmart from October 2010 to October 2014, first as a Merchandise Financial Planner in the Meat and Seafood Department, managing financial aspects, developing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, and earlier as an Analyst in General Accounting, where duties included managing balance sheet accounts and ensuring compliance with SOX and GAAP. Carson's career began at Keen & Company, CPAs, PLLC from October 2006 to April 2010, as a Staff Accountant, focusing on tax return preparation, financial statement compilations, audits, payroll, and bookkeeping. Carson earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University–Hawaii (2004-2005) and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho (1999-2004).
