Christopher Johnson

Christopher Johnson is an IP attorney specializing in intellectual property matters, particularly in complex transactional work, acquisitions, and joint venture creation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Saudi Aramco since 2018, Christopher supports R&D initiatives and global patent procurement with a focus on the chemical and energy sectors. Prior to this, Christopher worked as Counsel at Dow from 2014 to 2018, where they provided patent counseling and negotiated various agreements. Christopher began their legal career as a Patent Attorney at Botkin & Hall from 2010 to 2014, assisting inventors in all aspects of patent law. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
