Deya Elyas

Deya Elyas has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, notably at Saudi Aramco, where Deya has served in various roles since 2009, including Director of Staffing Services Department and Manager of Northern Area & Western Region Community Services. Deya has a strong background in public affairs, having worked as Director of Public Affairs for Aramco Services Company from 2005 to 2008, where Deya played a key role in managing the company's public image in North America. Additionally, Deya has been a fellow of the Dwight Eisenhower Fellowship Programme since 2005 and contributes to several educational boards, including the University of Houston Advisory Board for Petroleum Engineering. Deya's educational qualifications include an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from the University of Michigan and Executive Leadership from Harvard Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Applied Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
