Previously, Jonathan held the position of Associate Director at Systech International, providing quantum support services for significant disputes involving major Japanese contractors and facilitating commercial settlements. With over 25 years of experience, Jonathan's career highlights include senior roles at Al Ghurair, Meraas Development, and Sama Dubai, where responsibilities encompassed setting up contracts departments, managing procurement strategies, and resolving complex claims across various high-profile projects in the GCC and internationally. Jonathan possesses a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
