malvin serillo

Malvin Serillo is a dedicated professional currently serving as Commandant at NCOA Ft. Dix and holding multiple leadership roles in the military, including Operations NCOIC for both the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion and the 451st Civil Affairs Battalion. Since enlisting in the US Army in 2009, Malvin has also fulfilled the position of Non Commissioned Officer in Charge for the Provincial Reconstruction Team and serves as Army Reserve G1 Sergeant Major. Additionally, Malvin has extensive experience in the construction sector, having worked as Director of Construction at Aramco from 2016 to 2023. Malvin's educational journey continues at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
