Matt Johnson is a seasoned commercial counsel with extensive experience in contract management, digital transformation, and corporate governance, currently serving at Saudi Aramco since October 2015. Previously, Matt held positions as General Counsel and Chief Contracting Officer at People, Technology & Processes LLC from 2013 to 2015, where strategic business and legal advice was provided for global contracts. Prior to that, Matt established and led a law firm specializing in government contracts and litigation, and served as a legal advisor at DLA Piper focusing on complex international law. Matt began a legal career in civil litigation at Fowler White Boggs Banker and also contributed to education development projects internationally. Academically, Matt holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a certificate in European Union Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and a B.A. from Miami University.
