Matthew G. Wright

Matthew G. Wright is an experienced attorney currently serving as Senior Counsel at Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) since December 2018, specializing in project development and finance. Previously, Matthew was a Shareholder at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless from December 2016 to December 2018, advising on corporate, securities, and finance matters. Prior to that, Matthew held the position of Senior Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from April 2014 to December 2016, focusing on corporate and securities transactions in the Asia-Pacific region. Matthew also worked as an Associate at Linklaters from September 2010 to March 2014, handling capital market transactions and corporate compliance. Early in Matthew’s career, a Law Clerk role at the Delaware Court of Chancery under Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons provided valuable experience in legal research and writing. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor degree from BYU Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics from Utah State University.
