Mohammed Alsultan

Mohammed Alsultan, CPA, SOCPA, CMA, has a diverse background in finance and accounting, exemplified by a robust career that spans various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee and a Board Member at Mutakamela Insurance, Mohammed also holds a position on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Recent experience includes the role of Sr. Manager of Projects Financial Portfolio at National Housing Company and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club. Prior positions include senior roles at SABIC as Senior Treasury Analyst and Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis, and involvement with KPMG and Gulf International Bank in various financial capacities. Mohammed is also an active member of the Accounting Standards Committee for the Saudi Organization for Chartered Public Accountants and has contributed as Financial Controller at NESR. An alumnus of King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Mohammed graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, earning third honors.
