Rashed Aleisa

Rashed Aleisa, Ph.D., serves as the Head of Sustainable Fuels and Chemicals at Aramco and previously held the position of Team Lead in the Research and Development Department. Rashed is also an Adjunct Professor at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of California, Riverside, obtained between 2015 and 2020, and a Master’s Degree in Polymer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, completed in 2013. Rashed's experience at Saudi Aramco includes roles as a Research Scientist with the Innovative Chemicals Team, involvement in the Process Support Unit, and work in the Advanced Analysis Unit, along with initial training in the Crude and Products Characterization Unit.
