Roger Maxwell is an accomplished geologist with extensive experience in unconventional and exploration operations within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Unconventional Operations Geologist at Saudi Aramco since December 2017, Roger specializes in unconventional gas geological operations and geo steering. Previous roles include a Consultant Geologist specializing in the Permian Basin at QO Inc., Eastern Eagle Ford Lead Geologist at Murphy Oil, and Senior Exploration Geologist at Waha Oil Company, among others. Roger possesses a diverse skill set in geo steering, drilling operations, 3D seismic programs, and team leadership, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
